I called on a Tuesday regarding my husband's Funeral service on Thursday of the same week. I spoke to Otis and explained my situation, that the first company I called backed out at the last minute. Otis assured me he could help. He was so kind and understanding. The officers showed up at the Church right on time, waited for the long service and were ready to go as soon as we needed to!
